Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
MURRINFOLK PTY LTD provides custom-built AI agents and prebuilt digital AI tools. Because each tool is bespoke or prepared for handover, refund eligibility depends on the product type and the project stage at the time of your request.
Refund eligibility by stage
Prebuilt digital AI tools sold in this store (including Public Pulse Desk, Signal Sheet Studio, and Boardroom Brief Maker): if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion based on the nature of the concern.
Custom builds: refund eligibility depends on the project stage at the time of your request, as set out below.
• Before discovery call / scope sign-off: Full refund of any deposit paid.
• After scope sign-off, before build begins: Refund of fees paid less a fifteen percent (15%) scoping fee.
• During build: Refund of the unused portion of fees, calculated against work completed to date. No refund for completed milestones.
• After delivery and acceptance: No refund of build fees. Subscription fees may be cancelled going forward; no refund of the current paid period.
• Subscription cancellation: You may cancel ongoing subscriptions at any time with fourteen (14) days’ written notice. The agent will continue operating through the end of the current billing period and will then be decommissioned.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email billing@murrinfolk.com with your order reference and reason. We will respond within five (5) business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days, subject to payment provider processing times.
Fees
We do not charge additional processing fees for approved refunds or cancellations.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not provided with reasonable skill and care, you may have remedies that cannot be excluded.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact MURRINFOLK PTY LTD first to resolve any payment dispute before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer or payment provider.
